We will ship your order 1-2 business days after confirming your payment. Most merchandise will arrive in 2-7 business days. Please consider the extra time due to weekends and holidays when estimating the arrival time of your shipment. We will use FedEx Ground for regular delivery within the continental United States. The shipping and handling charge is $9.00. Please add $2.00 for each additional umbrella.
FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. A home or business address is required.
Washington State Residence
Since we are located in Washington State, we can offer a lower shipping rate of $7.00 for regular shipping within Washington State. Please add $2.00 for each additional umbrella.
Alaska , Hawaii and U.S. Territories
Shipping and handling is $19.00, please add $2.00 for each additional umbrella. It will take 5-12 days for delivery
We can offer Overnight, 2-day and 3-day express shipping options. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm the arrangements.
We can ship our umbrellas internationally. Please e-mail us with your order and shipping address so that we can prepare a quote for the shipping and handling.
We want you to be happy with your order. We will accept returns. All returns must be pre-authorized by pare*umbrella customer service. Return made without pro-authorized may not be accepted. Merchandise must be postmarked for return within fourteen (14) days from the delivery date. No credit or refund will be issued past this period. A 15% restocking and processing fee will be applied to all returns. Merchandise must be received in original packaging, and in resalable (new) condition. Return shipping charges are non refundable and are the full responsibility of the customer.
Please use appropriate packaging to protect the umbrella during return shipping. In case of loss or damage of the returned product we recommended that you use a carrier that provides tracking and insuring the package.

Damaged during shipping
Please inspect all items thoroughly upon arrival. If you received a damaged umbrella, please contact us immediately no later than 7 days of receipt. We will process a claim with FedEX. They usually require inspection so please hold on to all packing materials and items until further notice. Damaged items return without notifying us may not be accepted.
Defective item and our shipping error
Please notify us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your package. We will arrange for the item to be picked up from your address and notify you of the details. Please use appropriate packaging to protect the umbrella during return shipping. Return made without notifying us may not be accepted.
We try our best to capture the style, color and other details of our umbrellas in our catalog images. Actual colors displayed may vary depending the monitor and its color balance settings.
