Basic Shipping:

We use FedEx Ground for all shipments. We will provide the tracking number after the shipment is made.  We ship orders within 1 business days after the order is received.  We are shipping from Seattle, WA.

For continental 48 United States, Flat shipping fee is $10.

For shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, Shipping fee is $21.Please select "Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska" on Delivery Option when checkout.

Additinal umbrella shipping fee $1 for each additional umbrella.

Sales tax will be charged on orders shipping to destination in Washington.

A home or business address is required as FedEx doesn’t deliver to P.O Box

Express Shipping:

We can offer Overnight, 2 days and 3 days express shipping. Please email us with your order item and shipping address for a shipping charge quote also specify if the address is business or residential.

International Orders:

We can ship our umbrellas internationally. Please email us with your order details and shipping address for a shipping charge quote. We normally use United State Postal Service Priority Mail for international orders.

Gift to someone special?

If you would like to add a short message with the umbrella,  add your short message at checkout in “Message” box and we will include it in the package. We do not include the receipt in the box.

Returns:

We are happy to accept returns. All returns must be pre-authorized by pare*umbrella customer service within 14 days from delivery date. Return made without pre-authorized may not be accepted. No credit or refund will be issued past this period. Umbrella must be received in original packaging, and in resalable (new) condition. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Return shipping charge are full responsibility of the customer. Please use appropriate packaging to protect umbrella during return shipping. In case of loss or damage of the return product we recommend that you use a carrier that provide tracking and insuring the package.

Exchange:

We are happy to exchange with your order. All exchange must be pre-authorized by pare umbrella customer service. Exchange made without pre-authorized may not be accepted. Umbrella must be postmarked for exchange within 14 days from the delivery date. No exchange will be made past this period. Customers are responsible for the shipping that occurs for this transaction. Merchandise must be received in original packaging and in resalable (new) condition.

Shipping damage:

Please notify us right away within 7 days of receiving your package. We will arrange for the item to be picked up from your shipping address. Please keep original packaging (Shipping box and packing material) we will start to claim a damage with FedEx and usually require inspection so please hold on to all packing materials and items in its “As is” condition. As soon as the damaged umbrella is picked up from your address we will send you replacement umbrella. The damaged umbrellas return without notifying us may not be accepted.

Defective item and our shipping error:

Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your package. We will arrange for the return shipping label. You can drop it off at FedEx Kinko location. Please use original shipping box or appropriate packaging to protect the umbrella during return shipping. Return made without notifying us may not be accepted.

Privacy Policy:

Pare umbrella never sells, loans, rents, trades or gives away your name, email address, home or business address or any other personal information to any third party.
